“Booking Steve Moody for our wedding was one of the first (and best!) decisions we made in planning our wedding. Steve came highly recommended from our venue, and after our initial phone call with him we could see why. The entire planning process went incredibly smoothly because of how responsive the entire company is, the tools they provide, and the personalized touches they add. On the day of the wedding, Steve makes clear that not only is he there because you hired him– but he’s also there to be a friend and helper all day. “Steve was the DJ at our friend’s wedding a few years ago and I was blown away with how awesome he was! Full of energy, very professional, he played great music and was so different than the “cheesy” DJs so many of us are used to seeing. When I got engaged there was absolutely no question as to who I would hire to be my DJ. He and his wife, Lori, were wonderful to work with the entire time. Communication was excellent and he was always available to answer questions and offer suggestions. The day of the wedding everything went perfect and everybody had a great time! Steve’s positive energy is contagious and he kept the dance floor full all night. He honored all of our song requests and was great at tailoring the music to who was on the dance floor. I can not say enough about how wonderful and professional Steve is and I would HIGHLY recommend him to anyone looking for a wedding DJ. Steve was easy to communicate with from the beginning, setting up phone calls to learn more about not only our wedding, but us as a couple. His planning form made it easy to stay organized and allowed us to be clear about what music we wanted to play and when. Steve helped me pull off a trick dance with my father that everyone raves about. The day of you could tell Steve was enjoying our day just as much as we were which really made it fun. Steve helped keep our timeline of events and frequently came over to us to brief us on what was next coming next. He was a great M.C. Our reception ended at 12am and we had to pull people off the dance floor, including my husbands 86 year old grandparents! Every guest has commented about the awesome music and DJ- as well as the amount of people up and dancing all night. We highly recommend Steve and are so grateful we chose him.
