“Everyone at Steve Moody’s Entertainment Connection was amazing to work with! From the moment I got engaged I knew I wanted to ask Matt Spence to be our DJ. I had done an internship with him in high school and knew he would be the perfect MC/DJ for our big day. Matt got us in touch with Steve and we were super impressed from our very first meeting. Steve clearly explained all the options available and was very easy to talk to without feeling any pressure. Steve and Lori were both an email away throughout the whole process and very quick to respond. We had them provide up lighting and our name in lights in addition to the DJ service.

I can’t say enough good things about Steve and Lori, they are amazing! Our reception was a blast and stayed on schedule thanks to Matt and his assistant. “Matt was a lovely person, professional, and reliable. Two weeks before the wedding, he called and we had a conversation going over specific details. I could tell he genuinely cared about making sure he got to know me. He took the time to go from start to finish so the day was organized. As for the dancing, we had a mix of older and younger guests who had completely different tastes. I told guests they could request whatever but I appreciated how Matt tried to manage the requests while going back to my fav songs. Matt did the best job he could and I was happy with how he checked in with us! One of the special moments at my wedding was how I told our Matt I didn’t want a bouquet toss but instead wanted to honor my grandparent’s 62 years of marriage. Matt orchestrated the surprise just as I asked him to. A moment I’ll cherish.

The whole Steve Moody company is professional. The online resources/videos are helpful. They go above and beyond/don’t just book you, forget about you. They help minimize stress. Being a bride and groom can be stressful! Most important lesson I learned is don’t be super sensitive because you can’t make everyone happy, you probably won’t talk to every guest, you might not eat, but enjoy yourself and Focus on YOU TWO and what makes you two happy! Get rid of expectations and roll with it!”

A week before the wedding our DJ Matt Spence called us and went through each moment and song choice and made sure he knew what we wanted.
